Dependability Matters

Honestly I think that every one should be dependable it's very important. I feel like it is required of you to be dependable in a work place because that's what gets a job done. I feel like we expect our friends and family to be dependable which means we should be. Being dependable means getting the job done. It means you have to work and do what's required of you and do it to the best of your ability.Of the mainthings at work would be to have good attendance and if your boss needs you to stay couple of hours stay this shows you are willing to do something for them. Or when your working and are given an assignment finish it to the best of your ability. I feel as if I'm a very dependable person and a very hard worker and I want the people I involve myself with to be too. I want to know if I can do a favor and get the job done they can to.

Honesty has a big impact on a lot of peoples lives. You need to be honest to succeed. If you are honest you have true friendships and relationships. I have always said if you "say it mean it." I believe that and relationship needs honesty to stay pure it keeps love strong and growing, because if you are not honest and you lie there is not trust and once there is no trust there is no true friendship or relationship. I know everyone has flaws but its better to be honest and say what they are than let them break you down and keep them in. I feel if you are honest about who you are what you do and how you do things people will except you for who you are and then you know who is really on your side in your life than fakeness and lies cause then you are never truly happy. I believe that above being true to your friends you need to be true and honest to yourself because no one can except you, or respect you if you can't do these things for yourself. Just be prue and honest and you will get what you want in life. Honesty is Life.

Goals are the key to success.

There are many goals I would like to fulfill I'm my life. There are only a few I would like to accomplish soon. One of my goals is to be the best student I can be. I have always had a hard time with school I have always thought that school wasn't that important and I didn't need it but my goal right now it to at least finish all my classes with a B or higher I want to be able to finsh and say I gave it my all. I have always put things off till last minute but I know when I want something I have to have it so I feel like I am able to accomplish this so easily but I have to get my head straight. When anyone has a goal I feel that they need support from their closest friends or family to give that extra push. I believe that goals are always good to have so your always fighting for something to better yourself and others.
